Minesweeper

The classic grid of hidden mines. Every number you uncover tells you exactly how many mines touch that square, and the whole game is reading those numbers against each other.

Your first click is always safe, so a game is never lost on move one. Flags are for your own bookkeeping. The board does not require them.

Three boards are on offer: nine by nine with ten mines, sixteen by sixteen with forty, and sixteen by thirty with ninety-nine. Flagging works however suits you, by long press on a phone, by right-click on a desktop, or by putting the board in flag mode and tapping. Your best time on each board is kept here on your device.
