About Solitaire

This is Klondike, the solitaire that shipped with Windows and the one most people mean when they say solitaire. One standard deck, seven tableau columns, four foundations, and a stock you turn one card at a time.

Your deal is remembered on this device, so you can close the tab mid-game and pick the same board up later. Nothing is uploaded and no account is involved.

Turn one card at a time for a gentler game, or three for the classic. Moves and minutes are counted while you play, undo steps back as far as you need, and when every remaining card can go home one button plays the rest out for you. There is a daily Klondike as well: the same deal for everybody until midnight, with a streak kept on this device.

How to play Solitaire

Move all fifty-two cards to the four foundation piles, each built up from ace to king in a single suit.
